The Cowan’s Camp developers have confirmed to us that they are in negotiation with Oxfordshire County Council to have the 7.5T weight limit temporarily removed from the Major’s Road link during construction. Until this happens they cannot legally direct their traffic to take this route. Lorries bringing the Harris security fencing will be arriving during today and tomorrow (7/8th Oct 2014).
